So I started taking estradiol (2 mg, once daily) and spironolactone (50 mg, twice daily) a couple days ago on the 16th and quickly started experiencing muscle/ligament aches all over my body. I'm on Spiro for male pattern baldness (I'm a 20 yo girl go figure). The Spiro suppresses your natural level of male hormones. When you go off it the male hormones go back to normal.
